Mr. Pease is a founding partner of the firm of Pease & Dorio, P.C. and has focused his practice on all aspects of commercial finance, commercial real estate and business transactions and liquor licensing and compliance issues. Mr. Pease represents many of Connecticut’s leading banks and financial institutions. He has represented lenders in complex asset based lending transactions, troubled debt restructures, commercial loan transactions and litigation involving lender liability issues, bank officer liability, loan workouts, and commercial foreclosures and bankruptcy. He has represented lenders in the development and sale of commercial real estate and REO properties, and in the liquidation of collateral assets and regulatory compliance matters.


Mr. Pease actively represents private investment groups, national hotel and restaurant chains as well as sports and entertainment venues in all aspects of Connecticut liquor law licensing and enforcement actions.


Mr. Pease has also represented borrowers, business owners and institutions in a wide variety of business sales and acquisitions and commercial loan transactions, corporate, partnership and organization issues, debt restructuring and the development, sale and purchase of commercial and industrial real estate.


Mr. Pease received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1982 from Boston College and a Juris Doctorate in 1985 from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association sections on Real Estate and Banking.
